Marina Minnaar
Marina is the founding partner of the business in 2004, she started life as a business owner from early on. After owning various businesses she started working in the field of Labour Relations and commenced studies towards her LLB Degree, she has also completed the CCMA course for Commissioners. She has represented a vast number of businesses and is considered by many an expert in the field.
Johan van Gass
Johan initially joined the business in 2006 and after a period of gaining valuable experience in the corporate environment returned to the firm in 2010 where he now consults on a variety of aspects such as litigation and misconduct investigations. He has also mentored juniors throughout his career who now work for listed businesses.
Desire Potgieter
Desire commenced with us in 2013 and initially was appointed as an administration clerk, she now heads up our Financial Department and manages our office. She is considered a valuable member of our team and recently obtained her diploma in Human Resource Management.
Cherise Vermaak
Cherise joined Mediator Labour during 2022 in the capacity of Labour Consultant. She is actively asissting and representing various businesses on different aspects of Labour Relations and has recently commenced with the management of the company’s Time and Attendance Management services which has improved workplace attendance and saved clients from paying employees unnecessarily.
